FOR FACILITY MANAGERS & DIRECTORS OF CARE

Bringing Quality Dental Care to Your Residents

SMDS fits into your facility's routine with minimal disruption. You get full clinical support and a partnership built around your residents' needs.

WHAT WE NEED

What We Need From Your Facility

Our requirements are minimal. Here is everything we ask for to make each visit run smoothly.

πŸ“‹

Patient List 1 Week Prior

Send us the list of residents scheduled for care at least one week before the visit so we can prepare charts, coordinate insurance, and confirm consent with families.

πŸ’Š

Medication Coordination

Arrange that any required medications are ready and documented before the visit. Our PSW coordinates with your nursing team in advance to minimise disruptions.

🏠

A Clean Room with Good Lighting

Provide a clean room or common area with running water, good lighting, and access to electrical outlets. This is all the space we need to deliver full dental care.

πŸ“ž

Staff Contact on the Day

Have a designated staff contact available on visit day to assist with patient transfers and any coordination needs.

πŸ“‘

Resident Medical Updates

Inform us of any changes to resident health status, medications, or care plans before each appointment so we can adjust our approach appropriately.
